About Matthew Allen

Hello,

My name is Matthew Allen. I am a loan officer with Cox, Beard, Hall and Associates located in Medford Oregon. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2002 and have loved every minute of it. I have written and self published a book called “How To Buy A Home With $1,500 Or Less; Even With Damaged Or No Credit”. I also just finished writing another book titled "Why Are You Always Broke?"

I am a native Oregonian. But I have lived in several other states including, California, Colorado, Washington, and Louisiana. I have been lucky enough to have seen and visited half of the great states here in the USA. I have also been fortunate enough to visit Mexico several times and spent 6 weeks in the UK and France.

I attended the University of Portland where I received my bachelors in Business Administration. Double majored in Business and Marketing.

I love outdoor activities. Hunting, fishing, rafting, camping, hiking, and off-roading. I also love to read. Non-fiction mostly.

I am 33 years old. I just got married for the first time in 9/22/2007. Currently my wife Cari and I have have no children. But we're working on it. (wink wink) We currently live in Central Point Oregon with our two dogs Dallas and Mae. Cari has two cats Bagherra and Willow.
