A Full Document Mortgage

A full document mortgage is one where you prove everything that has been written on your application.

Your employment is proven for the last 2 years with a verification of employment.

Your rent is proven for the last 2 years with a verification of rent.

Your income is proven with your last two pay stubs and last two years of w-2’s. Or in the case of social security and pensions with an award letter.

You must prove assets with bank statements and current investment statements (401K, stocks, bonds, etc.)

You will be providing a lot of paperwork to prove everything. The big benefit to this is that you will get the lowest rates possible simply because you are proving everything.

There are no loans available where you do not have to prove everything. Every loan no requires you to provide lots of paperwork.
